The merchandise arrived very quickly. I just wish the delivery was not made by FEDEX. If no one is home, they will not leave it, which I would like them to do. It may have been the policy of the sender who wanted a signature. Luckily, we had someone here on the second try.

This was actually the third company I tried to order an Alesis SR18 Drum Machine from.  Shipdog did it right and was very easy - The others didn’t. Shipdog is a great company to order from but there are other companies that are really terrible. The first sent me the wrong order...twice! The second charged me, but never sent anything! From those experiences I was not expecting a positive one this time, but I was mistaken. I received my order just two days after purchase and it was exactly what I ordered! I purchased a Garmin GPS. I shopped the price for a couple of weeks. Shipdog was best price and included shipping by Fed Ex. Most important, I looked at the number of customer reviews and quality. Their 4.5 out of 5 was adequate. I called to make sure they had it in stock. I paid through PayPal. The day after I purchased, I received an email acknowledgment and Fed Ex tracking number. Three days later I had the GPS in had. It was represented as new and was. It works fine. This was a good experience. I appreciate Epinions for the service they provide. Without customer ratings I would not feel safe purchasing over the internet.

I wish all internet stores were this good. I found exactly what I wanted for a better price then I saw all around and it arrived at my house a few days later. No problems at all. WOW! It was just that great. I’m telling all my friends about them.

I just recently bought a Garmin c500 from shipdog.com. I checked the Webb and found some at a pretty good price. The cheapest one I checked on did not have a very good review report so I went to the next which was shopdog.com. I was a little weary at first to buy because the price was so good, (To Good to be True!!) so I checked the reviews and they were good so I tried them and to my surprise I received the package very fast without a problem what so ever. I ordered on cyber Monday and received my gps by Thursday. VERY FAST! I did call on Wed. because I hadn't received any tracking, and I was assured that my package had been sent, but still no tracking info. Be aware that signature is requered, that's why tracking nfo would be helpful. When I went to the website it told my my order didn't exist.Luckily I received it very fast and I had it sent to my business address so delivery went smoothly.

This sight is great, I ordered a Garmin Nuvi 680 July 8, 2007 in the evening the order was verified that evening the product was shipped the July 9, 2007 with a message from SHipdog.com via Fed-Ex with a tracking number that was active when I tried the first time to see where the package was in the delivery state. The Garmin Nuvi 680 arrived on Wednesday July 11, 2007 before 4:30 PM as promised. Found THE best deal on a Garmin GPS unit at ShipDog.com I was skeptical at first but the whole experience turned out to be VERY positive. Unit was brand new, had the latest software loaded on it and shipping was super fast. I highly recommend this company and will buy from them again.

I ordered a Canon SD800 IS camera on Thursday. On the phone I confirmed that it was actually in stock, and asked what the return policy was. Salesperson was irritated that I asked this question instead of looking on the website, but return policy details are not shown on website. I asked twice when it would ship and both times was told "on Friday". Shipdog uses 3 day FedEx Ground so this was perfect. Package actually shipped Monday afternoon, arriving 1 day too late for my trip. Lots of good photos I missed out on because they did not ship when they said they would.

Delivered Garmin 76CSx as ordered at an excellent price in 3 days. Website was easy to use and secure. I ordered product just before they shutdown for a 2 day holiday. While I was on vacation, they processed the order without any additional contact. Product was shipped the day they returned. Order status was available on their website and updated in a timely manner.
